Although this is early in the year and we are on no water restrictions at
this time the Authority does ask each customer to conserve water and
cut outside use as much as possible. The area is still under extreme drought
conditions. We ended 2007 more than 30 inches below average rainfall and have
already started this year 3-4 inches behind on rainfall for the first two months
of the year. Please be mindful of the extreme drought conditions and conserve
water at all times.
